For centuries, the Stevia leaf has been used in Latin America to sweeten herbal teas. Today, using the Stevia extract containing Rebaudioside A* in our de-alcoholised wines allows us to offer you fruitier and more generous flavours.

… Another piece of good news: Stevia is calorie free!

In addition to the removal of alcohol, the use of Stevia extract allows us to reduce even further the calories in Bonne Nouvelle alcohol-free wines. As a result, a glass of Bonne Nouvelle only contains 4 kcal, compared to 70 kcal for a glass of wine containing alcohol. An ideal alternative for those following a diet or simply concerned about their health.

Polyphenols: Your healthy allies

Bonne Nouvelle preserves the polyphenols
and vitamins present in the wine!

Our evaporation method of de-alcoholisation, which disperses alcohol molecules at low temperature, preserves the polyphenols and their acknowledged antioxidant properties, as well as the vitamins which are naturally present in wine.

* This new sweetening agent of natural origin has been subject to 25 years of research, enabling us to gain a thorough knowledge of its properties and health benefits. Stevia extract (containing a minimum of 97% of Rebaudioside A) has already been used for decades in many countries such as Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. It has been authorised for use in France since September 2009 following approval by ANSES, the French National Food Safety Agency.
